Before You Build, Get an Architect’s Second Opinion

Avoid costly mistakes before committing to plans, permits, or contractors.

Independent plan and project reviews by a Texas licensed architect.

Kamil Miskowiec, RA

Founder of Rendertecture

Rendertecture is a Dallas–Fort Worth based architectural practice focused on independent plan and project review for residential and commercial construction.

Founded in 2021 by Texas licensed architect Kamil Miskowiec, the practice is built on real world experience within municipal plan review and permitting. While working in a local building department, Kamil reviewed hundreds of residential projects, identifying common issues that lead to delays, revisions, and costly construction mistakes.

That experience revealed a gap:

Most homeowners and small builders move forward with plans and contractors without a clear understanding of risks, code issues, or scope gaps.

Rendertecture was re-positioned to address that gap directly.

Today, the focus is simple: provide clear, independent architectural judgment before critical decisions are made.
