Experience

History

Rendertecture is a Dallas–Fort Worth based architectural practice focused on independent plan and project review for construction projects.

Founded in 2021 by Texas licensed architect Kamil Miskowiec, the practice is grounded in real world experience within municipal plan review and permitting. While working in a local building department, Kamil reviewed a wide range of residential and commercial projects, identifying the common issues that lead to permit delays, revisions, and construction complications.

This experience provides a practical understanding of how plans are evaluated, where projects typically fall short, and what causes problems during construction. Rather than focusing on design services, Rendertecture is structured to provide clear, independent insight before critical decisions are made, helping clients avoid costly mistakes and move forward with confidence.

Expertise

Rendertecture focuses on identifying the issues that commonly impact construction projects before and during permitting and construction. This includes incomplete or uncoordinated plans, code compliance risks, and gaps in contractor scope that often lead to delays, revisions, and added cost.

With a strong understanding of municipal review processes, local codes, and real world construction coordination, each review is grounded in how projects are actually evaluated and built, not just how they are intended on paper.

The approach is practical and direct: identify risks early, clarify uncertainties, and provide clear guidance so clients can move forward with confidence.

Why an Independent Architect Review

Why an Independent Architect Review Matters

1

Objective, Unbiased Input

Unlike designers or contractors, this review is independent. The goal isn’t to sell a design or secure a build, it’s to identify risks, gaps, and issues so you can make informed decisions.

2

Code & Permit Awareness

Plans are evaluated with an understanding of local codes, zoning, and how projects are actually reviewed by municipalities, helping you avoid common issues that lead to delays or revisions.

3

Clarity Before Commitment

Most problems start when decisions are made with incomplete information. A focused review helps you understand what’s missing, what’s unclear, and what needs attention before moving forward.

4

Practical, Buildable Insight

Beyond what looks good on paper, projects are assessed for real world buildability, coordination between trades, and how construction will actually unfold.

5

Protection Against Costly Mistakes

Small issues early can turn into expensive problems later. Identifying them upfront helps reduce change orders, delays, and unnecessary costs.

6

Focused, Efficient Process

No long-term contracts or drawn-out design phases. Just clear, actionable feedback when you need it most.
